The familiar comma CMMS interface and functionality customized to properly fit smaller screens. No need to retrain your desktop users, usage is very similar - jump from one usage to the other seamlessly.
The new stable beta app is available for Android and will be available for iPhone mid-June 2024.
The app requires network connectivity (wifi or mobile data).
Download the apk and install it (you may have to allow app installs from unknown sources).
Open the app and click the blue button on the bottom left with the cog on it.
Enter the name of your server (e.g. https://try.cmmsportal.com) and click save.
Then enter your login credentials to access your account on the normal login page you are used to on the desktop.
[OPTIONAL] If you would like to receive notifications on your device you need to link it to our API. Proceed in this way:
On the app, click the button at the bottom with the cog. Make a note of the code under the "Device ID (for API registrations)" label. Do not enter username and password yet but do not navigate away from this screen.
On your browser, login to your account and click your name on the top right corner.
Click the API module link and enter the device ID (case-sensitive). Click "New link"." It should add your code to the list.
Go to the app and enter your username and password on the settings page (the same as your account). Click "Register".
Use the switch to toggle app notifications on and off.
