Is it for you? This is what we're looking for:
- Companies based in South-East Asia with more than 5 users involved in maintenance activities.
- Cool applications: does your company have high levels of automation and you're looking to automate some levels of maintenance too? Do you send things to space? Do you make something that helps the world?
- Applications with no maintenance management system culture (e.g. still using Excel to manage work and spares). Must be innovative in some sense, with 5 or more users dedicated to maintenance. For example, do science museums or planetariums have an optimized maintenance culture (we don't know, we're not on that market, maybe you can help)?
- Looking to incorporate sensors in some locations and have them connect to a CMMS? Let's work together.
- You're part of a consultancy firm and you're looking for a generic CMMS package to use on training sessions or training materials.
- You're a brand new company or a start-up and you're just starting out and you have a nice cool mission and/ or product and/ or service.
- Your company does good for the environment and you need a CMMS to maintain all that "green" equipment.
Notes, terms and conditions
- Number of users, departments and plants and other items will be provided within reason as per actual needs (we'll make a decision after discussions with you).
- Our paying customers will always be first, we think you can understand that. We will work on your account as time and resources allow.
- Sometimes partnerships simply do not work due to technical, financial or personal reasons. We reserve the right to stop our collaboration at any time.
- Whatever we agree on at the start will remain free. From that point on, any add-ons, quota increases and other additional items will be charged.
- Consultancy is free within reason and as time allows. We decide what within reason means. Same for free training and free custom modules development.
- Due to the innovative characteristics of the proposals we expect to get, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to achieve the development goals we both set out to achieve.
- Comma CMMS is an industrial maintenance management system particularly suited for applications that manage fixed assets. Rentals, fleet management and others are probably not good candidates for this program - but we'll explore any great idea.
- There are two major reasons for us to have this program: 1) explore new markets and 2) promote our services. We will therefore use the experience as a case-study or as sources of articles and other tasteful, high-quality marketing materials. We will always inform you, get your comments and even we will not publish pieces where the content or publishing media is not approved by you.
