(this applies only to premimum accounts) After we enable anonymous work requests, there may be a few extra steps to take:

 

comma CMMS comes with a set of default permissions. Most items are enabled but not all. If you need to configure the permission levels, do this:

 

1. go to "Logged in as..."-> "Modules" on the top menu

2. click the "Manage Existing" usergroups.

3. select the usergroup you would like to configure (usually ORG_ADMIN) and click "select" - you will see there's a lot of options under each tab. comma CMMS may be used on a much larger, multi-user installation so some users need this level of permission control.

 

To enable the view and manipulation of anonymous work requests, turn on the following on the "WO" tab:

 

Can set the receive notification email option on user profile

Can see list of anonymous WR

Can edit/ assign/ delete anonymous WR
