If you experiencing the error "org.json.JSONException: No value for error" (see screenshot below), proceed as follows:

1. From any screen on the app, slide your finger from the left to show the menu.

2. click logout

3. relogin

This issue can happen for the following reasons:

1. It has been too long since your last login (more than 1 month) and the system has automatically logged you out.

2. A system administrator on your account has "force disconnected" your device.

Although we have the above work-around for this issue, this is a bug and will be solved on a future android app release.
