comma CMMS uses the gravatar service to manage and display avatar pictures for registered users. To change yoiur avatar picture, procees as follows:

• After you log in, go to "Logged in as..." ->"My Profile".
• Click the "Change..." link underneath yout avatar picture. A new browser window will open and take you to the gravatar service.
• Click the "create your avatar" button on the front page.
• Enter the email address you are registered with in comma CMMS.
• Enter a username and a password (these are NOT your comma CMMS credentials - you are creating new ones for the gravatar service).
• Follow the instructions after you create your gravatar account.

comma CMMS will then automatically fetch your avatar picture from your gravatar picture.
