comma CMMS charges per user per month on a subscription based model. You can choose to pay for your quotas monthly or yearly and there are two ways which you can pay for your quotas on every renewal cycle:

1. Automatically - we send you a reminder email 7 days before we charge you and a confirmation email on the day we request the payment from your credit card.

2. Manually - we send you an email 7 days before the renewal date with a link for you to accept the payment.

If you select "AUTO-RENEWAL FOR THIS ORDER" during checkout, you are selecting option 1 above. You can disable this option at any time during your subscription period.
