My maintenance plans are set to paused. What happened?


We will regularly check the system for light accounts that have not had any login for over three months. When that happens, we will pause all active maintenance plans for that account. We do that to prevent the creation of work orders for users that are not using the system anymore.

If this has happened on your account, simply reactivate your maintenance plans from the maintenance plans search console.

If this has happened to you in error, please let us know.
