Recent system issues
Since our last update we have experienced some instability. This is because we have completely changed our infrastructure and the new machines are not exactly the same as the previous. It is expected that some period of adjusting and fixing will have to take place. We had to make the move to these new systems in order to improve our service. We tried to make it as smooth as possible for all users but we still had some issues. The current known issues are:
1. It is not yet possible to send notification and password reset emails (actually any system email) to outlook.com and hotmail.com addresses. This is because the IPs we were assigned on the new infrustructure had previously been used in activities blocked by these providers. The process of clearing the IP now that it has new owners is a lenghty one. We expect that this is solved within the next few days. If you need a password reset please contact us at info at commacmms.com and we will reset it for your (send us your server address, you username and the email address you have used to register on the system).
2. Issues with the maintenance plan module. With automatic WOs being issued twice or more times and/ or not issued at all. This has been resolved but users can still see the effects of this issue on the coming few days.
