Request account cancellation and data deletion

Please send us an email to info@commacmms.com and include the following information:

• Your account address - this is the full address on your browser window, like https://demo.cmmsportal.com.
• You must send the request from an admin account registered on your account.

If, for any reason, you are unable to provide the information requested above, please contact us anyway and we will help you out.

Note also that according to our procedures, if you do not renew your subscription, we will block access to your account after one week of your renewal date and we will delete all data and user information one month that.

You can separately opt-out of our extremely low volume mailing list by following the unsubscribe link on any mailing list email.
